Our mission is to establish ALPFA at Ramapo College as a transformative platform for empowering underrepresented students—particularly Latinx and first-generation leaders—by fostering professional excellence, cultural pride, and long-term career advancement. Through strategic partnerships, elite development programs, and immersive experiences like the ALPFA Summits and the National Convention, we aim to cultivate future business leaders who are equipped to thrive in top firms, drive change in their communities, and uplift others along the way. We are not just building a chapter—we are building a legacy of leadership, equity, and impact that will extend far beyond campus walls.
