What is SHPE and Why at Ramapo?
SHPE is un familia dedicated to encouraging Hispanic leadership in STEM. There is a growing population of STEM students at Ramapo College of New Jersey, and our mission is to support, connect, and empower these students by creating opportunities for professional development, community building, and academic success. Through collaboration, mentorship, and inclusive programming, we aim to foster a supportive environment where students can thrive both academically and professionally while preparing for future careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
Can only STEM Student join?
No. Our mission is to empower our growing Hispanic community. We welcome everybody who believes in the mission!
