About Us

Hello Everyone! We would like to extend an invitation to all new members to become a part of our FASA family. We are the Filipino American Student Association of Ramapo College and we expand our ties throughout the tri-state area as well as the entire North East Coast as a member school of F.I.N.D. (Filipino Intercollegiate Networking Dialogue). We hope to bring yet another successful year of events and another year to build new bonds and experiences among our family. Looking forward to seeing new faces and meeting new FASAmilya! The Filipino American Student Association (FASA) is an organization focused on spreading awareness of the Filipino culture and heritage among the students of Ramapo College. FASA is also affiliated with the Filipino Intercollegiate Networking Dialogue (FIND), a network dedicated to promoting unity among many colleges and universities across the East Coast. We meet once a week where we make announcements about upcoming events, and also discuss Filipino history and other social issues impacting our community in hopes to bridge the gap across different generations and backgrounds. We also encourage members to act as cultural agents and further spread their knowledge and open dialogue amongst their peers.
