The Association of Latinos Moving Ahead (ALMA) is a vibrant academic and social organization at Ramapo College. We honor the richness of Latin culture, celebrate our successes, and foster a welcoming, inclusive community we proudly call familia.

Our mission is to support the personal, academic, and professional growth of our members through cultural, educational, and social experiences — both on campus and beyond.
