The purpose of AEF is to develop strategies and programs which strengthen the social, political, economic, intellectual, and spiritual welfare of EOF and friends operating under the guidance and direction through SGA. Under the guidance and direction of SGA, AEF will pursue the following purposes:
- Strengthen the ability of EOF and friends at Ramapo in gaining the necessary resources
to improve their effectiveness in meeting the needs of EOF and friends.
- Provide leadership training opportunities for EOF and friends and others, which enhance
self-empowerment and the ability to relate to and work with others.
- Exercise social responsibility through community service and public education initiatives.
- Actively network with youth leadership organizations which may be college, high school,
or community agency based in promoting community development initiatives.

The Center for Student Success provides a comprehensive introduction to the academic and social environment of the Ramapo College community with a focus on the success and retention of all students. A first-generation student is defined at Ramapo College of New Jersey as a student whose parent(s) or guardian(s) have not completed a bachelor's degree in the U.S. The First-Generation Student Center at Ramapo College of New Jersey provides resources, tools, and opportunities to support first-generation Roadrunners throughout their college experience and beyond. The Office of Violence Prevention promotes awareness to the realities of dating violence, sexual assault, stalking and other forms of interpersonal violence. The office serves as the nerve center for violence prevention education at Ramapo College and works closely with students, faculty, staff and community partners who share Ramapo's commitment to the eradication of gender-based violence. Our programs provide evidence-based literacy and training through innovative prevention strategies in an effort to create a community that fosters a culture of respect, affirmative consent and encourages bystander intervention.

The Ramapo Admissions Student Ambassador (RASA) Program is a volunteer organization consisting of current undergraduate Ramapo students who serve as the student voice of Ramapo College at various Admissions events.

RASA is dedicated to helping prospective students, their families, and community members discover Ramapo by providing a positive and lasting first impression that personifies what it means to be a Roadrunner.

Student Ambassadors represent the diverse backgrounds and academic disciplines of the Ramapo College student body, striving to embody the school spirit of being a Roadrunner.

Ambassadors carry out various duties at campus and community events, providing campus tours, representing the College at campus and community events and acting as a first point of contact for prospective students and their families.

Working with the Office of Admissions, RASA works to help prospective students and their families gain greater insight into life as a Roadrunner as well as the value of a Ramapo College education.
