About Us
Our mission for The Women in Business Club (WIB) at Ramapo College is to create a community that empowers women in a professional environment. WIB's main goal is to support and improve gender equality in the workplace. We want to provide knowledge and mentorship, host social events, and foster relationships that will help women land their dream jobs after college.
